Freight:

merchandise should be fully inspected upon receipt for evidence of damage or shortage before signing the delivery receipt. If damage or shortage is evident, please be sure to note this on the delivery receipt.

If external appearance has not indicated damage, but damage is discovered upon unpacking.

1. Concealed damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Call 856-368-9085 immediately.
2. Save all packing materials.
3. Immediately call the carrier to inform them and request immediate inspection. Failure to do so will significantly increase the chances of the claim being denied.
4. Confirm your conversations with the carrier in writing.

Remember: Time is of the essence. Any delay can result in the carrier refusing to honor the claim. We are not responsible for reimbursement of claims refused due to a delay in reporting damage.

Pricing includes freight charges DOCK-TO-DOCK delivery to Washington D.C. plus 48 contiguous United States. However, shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Canada, and Puerto Rico ship freight-included to port of exit within the 48 contiguous United States. Freight from that point to final destination is responsibility of purchaser.

Delivery:

Prices shown are for DOCK-TO-DOCK deliveries only; receiver must have a dock to receive and unload the product from the truck trailer. Truck driver does not unload. Failure to provide correct delivery information at the time of order may result in additional costs.

Special Delivery Services:

Lift-gate Service: (inside delivery not included)

Residential Delivery Service:

Residential delivery is available at an additional charge of $80 per shipment

Inside Delivery Service: (liftgate service included)

Inside delivery service is available anywhere within the 48 contiguous states plus Washington, D.C. Failure to provide correct delivery information at the time of order may result in additional cost.

Note: Inside delivery does not include moving any furniture to place the product or leveling of the product. Rates for files and cabinets are as follows, for deliveries to non-union locations with 0-3 steps:

Schwab assumes no obligation to accept the return of any merchandise which conforms to to merchandise ordered by the customer. In the event that the merchandise does not conform, is defective, or if ther are special circumstances which would reasonably require the return of merchandise, call 856-368-9085 to request authorization. Return shipments will not be accepted unless accompanied by written authorization by the factory. Returns will be subject to charges which may include the following:

1. Transportation Costs
2. Handling Charges
3. Refurbishing Costs
4. Restocking Fees

Return shipments must be properly packaged to prevent shipping damage. Any items returned with freight damage due to improper packaging will not be allowed for credit. Shipping costs for non-defective returns are the returnee's responsibility. Schwab will not accept return of specially made, modified, or discontinued products unless found to be defective and so reported within 30 days after receipt of merchandise.

Repairs and Adjustments:

Claims for repairs or adjustments cannot be honored unless authorized in advance by the factory. For authorization and assistance, please call 856-368-9085.
